📍 Payment Policy

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods offered at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

Custom sets are made to order and therefore cannot be cancelled once payment is submitted.

📦 Shipping Policy

    •    Processing Time: Ready-to-ship sets are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom sets require 7–14 business days for production.

    •    Delivery Times: Estimated delivery is [3–7 business days for U.S. orders], but this may vary based on location and carrier delays.

📌 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once your order is shipped. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

🎨 Custom Order Policy

We love bringing your nail design ideas to life! For custom orders:

    •    Please provide detailed instructions (colors, nail shapes, sizes, and inspiration images).

    •    A confirmation and/or digital mock-up may be provided before production.

    •    All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

Production begins after design approval and full payment.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued for items that arrive damaged or defective. If this happens:

    •    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    •    Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

    •    We will review the issue and offer a resolution (refund, replacement, or store credit).

🧼 Nail Care & Application Policy

To ensure the best wear time:

    •    Follow the included prep and application instructions carefully.

    •    Press-ons can last 1–2 weeks with proper prep and care.

We are not liable for issues caused by improper application or use.

⚠️ Always test adhesives for skin sensitivity before use. Do not use on irritated or damaged nails.
